 * 5-10 years of relevant Windows system administration experience
 * Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs),
 * Experience with Active Directory, MS Exchange, & MS 0365
 * Experience with VMware, Nutanix, Ubuntu, & Azure
 * Current MS Azure, MS 0365, MS Windows certifications
 * Knowledge of operating systems & network protocols
 * Understanding of SQL databases, service desk systems, & secured third-party applications
 * Familiarity with cloud architecture (Azure), Artificial Intelligence, & DevOps
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to translate technical terms to customers

## Description

* Administrator the installation, configuration, operation, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware & software systems for clients
 * Provide advanced level IT troubleshooting
 * Configure, maintain, and support internal/cloud applications, servers & end-user devices
 * Development of secure IT environment with cyber security & development teams
 * Work with software & hardware vendors
 * Work with team members to identify new opportunities for clients to improve their business with technology.
 * Assist with client onboarding, projects, documentation, & testing client environments
 * Accept directions from leadership, department leaders and executive teams as needed
 * Understanding of emerging technologies within the business & technology environments
