## About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and technically skilled IT Specialist to support, maintain, and optimise IT systems and infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
The ideal candidate has a broad understanding of IT systems, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work across multiple technologies., * Associate or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

 * 2-5+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration
 * Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux environments
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and cloud services
 * Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
 * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 * Good communication and customer service abilities

Preferred Qualifications

## Description

* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and applications
 * Monitor system performance and ensure uptime and reliability
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
 * Support network connectivity (LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi)
 * Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance
 * Assist with cybersecurity measures and endpoint protection
 * Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and procedures
 * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors
 * Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents efficiently
