Preferred Qualifications * Experience advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups, ambulatory providers, private equity firms, or other healthcare organizations. * Experience supporting strategic planning, healthcare transactions, valuation, or due diligence engagements. * Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement, provider operations, physician compensation, or healthcare market dynamics. * Experience in a consulting or other client-facing professional services environment. * MBA, CPA, CFA, or progress toward a relevant professional designation. ## Description As a Sr. Consultant, Strategy & Transformation, you'll work with healthcare organizations to address complex strategic, financial, and operational challenges. Partnering with hospitals, health systems, physician organizations, academic medical centers, private equity firms, and other healthcare clients, you'll contribute to engagements focused on strategy development, organizational transformation, transaction advisory, market planning, financial analysis, and other initiatives that support executive decision-making and long-term organizational success. Working alongside experienced consultants and client leadership teams, you'll leverage financial modeling, market research, operational analysis, and strategic problem-solving to develop thoughtful, data-informed recommendations across a wide variety of healthcare engagements.
