Education & Experience * Two or more years of desktop support, help desk, or technical customer support experience preferred. * Associate degree in Information Technology or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience. You'll provide responsive technical support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving service requests, and ensuring employees have the technology they need to succeed. This role combines remote support with hands-on assistance across our locations. If you enjoy helping people, solving technical problems, and learning new technologies, you'll fit right in. More than a help desk role, this position offers opportunities to build experience with networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems while growing your technical skills and responsibilities.
