Reporting to the Director of Software, this role focuses on guiding, mentoring, and developing engineers to deliver technical excellence and accelerate shipping. The ideal candidate champions modern, AI-assisted development practices- including agentic coding tools such as Claude Code-and supports engineers in solving complex problems across distributed systems, mobile platforms, and desktop clients.
