We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team!  * Familiarity with ETL processes using tools like Talend or custom scripts in Python or Bash (Unix shell).
 * Technical proficiency in R or Python for statistical analysis and automation of data workflows.
 * Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in a healthcare or business environment.
 * Ability to analyze complex datasets using Excel data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools.
 * Knowledge of linked data concepts for integrating disparate sources into cohesive datasets.
 * Excellent analysis skills with a focus on requirements gathering and reporting accuracy.
 * Experience with dashboard development for real-time monitoring of healthcare metrics.
 * Strong project management skills within Agile frameworks to ensure timely delivery of analytics solutions.

## Description

* Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data using advanced data analytics tools and techniques.
 * Design and develop dashboards and reports utilizing tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and other reporting platforms to visualize key performance indicators.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective data models and visualizations.
 * Manage SQL databases including query management, database design, and data extraction using Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Talend.
 * Conduct requirements analysis for new data projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and technical feasibility.
 * Support the software development lifecycle analysis (SDLC) by participating in project planning, testing, deployment, and documentation.
 * Maintain data quality standards by implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and ensuring data integrity across systems.
