What would be nice for you to have: * PMP Certification. * Experience leading or launching data-as-a-service (DaaS), data marketplace, or externally facing data products within financial services or other regulated industries. * Deep familiarity with modern data platforms and architectures (e.g., data lakes, data mesh, cloud-based data ecosystems) and their application to scalable, commercial solutions. * Experience partnering with or influencing executive stakeholders (C-level or senior business leaders) on data strategy, monetization, and regulatory considerations. * Exposure to regulatory engagement, audits, or compliance programs (e.g., working with Legal, Risk, or external regulators) related to data products or financial services. * Proven ability to establish data governance frameworks, standards, and ownership models across large, complex organizations. * Experience building or scaling cross-functional operating models that align Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Go-to-Market teams. Why Jack Henry? ## Description The Enterprise Data Program Manager plays a critical role in unlocking the full commercial potential of Jack Henry's data ecosystem. This role will help drive the strategy, governance, and execution of enterprise data initiatives ensuring our Data Lake and Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) platform meet the highest standards for quality, security, and regulatory rigor expected by our financial institution clients. By establishing clear data ownership, standards, and access models, this role brings alignment across Product, Engineering, and Compliance, accelerating delivery of data-driven capabilities and transforming data into a scalable, revenue-generating asset. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you'll be responsible for: * Coordinates and monitors programs, often involving several projects and initiatives, to ensure alignment with company and customer goals and strategy. * Serves as liaison between company and customer in order to ensure all implementation requirements and targets are met. * Serves as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments to ensure all implementation requirements are met. * Ensures technical projects are completed on schedule. * Creates, updates, and maintains all implementation calendars. * Monitors and tracks all escalated issues to resolution. * Assists in the implementation of project management tools and methodologies. * Assists in the creation of standard templates for deliverables. * Provides support to other project/product/program managers in dealing with issues impacting the progress of the project. * May assist less experienced peers. * May perform other job duties as assigned., No one will be subject to, and Jack Henry prohibits, any form of discipline, reprisal, intimidation, or retaliation for good faith reports or complaints of discrimination of any kind, pursuing any discrimination claim, or cooperating in related investigations.
