Knowledge of the building construction process and the various building components involved at each stage of construction. * Ability to read and understand 2D and 3D construction drawings and specifications and translate 2D drawings and specifications into a 3D/4D Building Information Model with direct supervision. * Proficient in 3D modeling software and the ability to create content in VDC software. * Exposure to 4D scheduling software and planning tools. * Ability to read the construction model and understand the scope. * Ability to create and communicate markups on construction drawings. * Ability to start the request for information documentation process. * Ability to assist with trade partner deliverables and scope and coordinate multiple trade partner models. * Ability to participate in trade coordination meetings and manage and communicate trade partner deliverables and scope.
