Preferred Qualifications * PMP certification. * Experience managing Salesforce projects or teams working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications. * Familiarity with CRM, workflow automation, case-management platforms, and system integration. * Experience with public-sector systems, human services, licensing programs, or quality-rating programs. * Knowledge of data migration, cloud application architecture, security, and compliance. ## Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end modernization and rewrite of a statewide licensing and quality platform. The initiative will improve licensing workflows, program operations, provider experience, system integration, and access to reliable information. The successful candidate will bring strong enterprise project leadership, experience with complex technology modernization, and the ability to align business, program, technical, security, QA, and vendor stakeholders. Experience leading Salesforce projects or working with Salesforce delivery teams is highly desirable.
