What the Role Involves The Technical Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting technical innovation projects, conducting laboratory testing and product evaluations, and providing technical expertise to support product development, customer requirements, and manufacturing operations. This role serves as a key member of the technical team by executing laboratory studies, analyzing data, generating technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development.
