## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in desktop support or a similar IT role.
 * Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
 * Familiarity with basic networking concepts (IP, DNS, DHCP).
 * Ability to lift and move computer equipment safely (up to 40 lbs).
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
 * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) is a plus.
 * Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft MTA/MCP) are a plus.

## Description

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking a motivated and energetic Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team. This hands-on role requires physical activity, including setting up and moving desktops, laptops, and other hardware. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first mindset, strong technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment., * Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

 * Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
 * Move and set up IT equipment, including desktops, monitors, and peripherals, as needed.
 * Respond to service desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
 * Support user account management, including password resets and access requests.
 * Document issues and resolutions within the ticketing system.
 * Collaborate with other IT team members on larger projects and rollouts.
 * Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
 * Maintain a clean and organized work environment in IT support areas.
