We are seeking a hands-on IT & Epicor Support Technician to provide technical support for our IT infrastructure, end users, and Epicor ERP platform. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple departments-including manufacturing, engineering, quality, purchasing, inventory, finance, and shipping-while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives in a highly regulated aerospace environment., * Provide first- and second-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network-connected equipment. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based workstations and hardware. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access through Active Directory and Microsoft 365. * Monitor and support network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and internet connectivity. * Perform software installations, updates, and patch management. * Support cybersecurity initiatives, including antivirus management, security awareness, and access control compliance. * Assist with backup and disaster recovery processes. * Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and troubleshooting guides., * Serve as a key resource for Epicor ERP users across multiple business functions. * Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and external vendors. * Assist users with transactions, reports, dashboards, BAQs, and system navigation. * Support ERP upgrades, testing, implementations, and enhancement projects. * Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials. * Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements. * Assist with data integrity, imports, validation, and reporting. * Partner with department leaders to implement ERP solutions that improve operational efficiency.
