This role is ideal for a technically strong engineering leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams while remaining actively engaged in architecture, execution, and technical decision-making. You will partner closely with Product Management, Principal Engineers, Architects, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver scalable, cloud-native platform capabilities that power modern AI factories. As an Engineering Manager, you will drive engineering excellence, execution, and team development while helping shape the future of ClusterWareAI. Success in this role requires balancing people leadership with technical judgment, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability, and enabling your team to deliver high-quality software that solves complex infrastructure challenges.
