## Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI Solutions Architect to lead the implementation of an Agentic Software Development Lifecycle (Agentic SDLC) within a large enterprise environment. This individual will define and deliver an AI-powered engineering framework that transforms software delivery from requirements to deployment using AI agents. The role involves leading an existing engineering team while driving the enterprise-wide transition to AI-native software development.
Key Responsibilities

 * Lead the architecture and implementation of an Agentic SDLC across the software development lifecycle.

 * Design and orchestrate AI agents for requirements analysis, solution design, code generation, testing, documentation, CI/CD, deployment, and operations.

 * Define enterprise architecture, governance, security, and best practices for AI-driven software engineering.

 * Lead and mentor engineering teams in adopting agentic development methodologies.

 * Evaluate and integrate modern LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and AI-assisted engineering tools.

 * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to accelerate product delivery through AI.
