Js) and infrastructure coding tools such as Terraform. * Expertise in managing Continuous Integration/Continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and git-based code management. * Experience integrating observability tools into software engineering efforts. * Directing system installation and upgrades * Developing software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle * Determining system specifications and requirements * Improving system performance by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in policies and procedures * Providing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues Preferred Skills: * Experience with AI/ML platforms and services across multiple cloud environments, including Microsoft Azure (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services), Amazon Web Services (AWS) (SageMaker, Lex), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) (Vertex AI, Gemini). * Experience with AI capabilities embedded in SaaS platforms such as ServiceNow (Now Assist) and CRM software (Einstein AI) ## Description The Senior Software Engineer provides dedicated infrastructure and software engineering services to ensure the CLIENT's growing portfolio of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions are securely, efficiently, and seamlessly deployed, integrated, and operated across enterprise cloud and technology platforms.
