* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
 * Experience troubleshooting and repairing POS or computer hardware systems preferred.
 * Basic understanding of networking concepts and restaurant technology environments.
 * Ability to perform light physical/contractor tasks (drilling, mounting, etc.).
 * Willingness to work evenings and participate in an on-call rotation as needed.
 * Reliable transportation for travel between customer locations.
 * Completion of account specific training and network cable termination training.
