## Description

The Product Owner will work closely with Commercial Banking leadership, business stakeholders, technology teams, and the Corporate & Investment Banking COO organization to define requirements, coordinate implementation activities, and drive successful platform adoption., * Lead the design, implementation, and onboarding of the new document/content management platform.

 * Serve as the primary Product Owner for Commercial Banking platform requirements and initiatives.
 * Partner with Commercial Banking stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
 * Develop and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and implementation activities.
 * Coordinate across business, technology, and project teams throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
 * Support Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing, implementation, and user adoption.
 * Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
 * Collaborate with the broader Product Owner team to ensure consistency across document management platforms.
 * Support reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communications using Microsoft Office and Excel.
 * Identify opportunities to improve document management processes and overall user experience.
