As the lead agency in the HUD-funded Los Angeles Continuum of Care (CoC), we coordinate and manage federal, state, county, and city funds for programs providing shelter, housing, and services to people experiencing homelessness. The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of organizational data sets and reports. The BI Developer will work closely across departments to develop dashboards that meet the needs of the various internal and external stakeholders. Working with cross-functional teams, the BI Developer will support in gathering, clarifying, and documenting report requirements, making recommendations, identifying relevant data points, and educating when necessary to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for driving creative, technology-based solutions to address homelessness. They will be a creative thinker who is passionate not only about data and dashboards but also about the homeless service landscape or other social service landscape and is eager to design products to move the industry forward to help house more individuals.
