 * Basic mental health understanding and an understanding of client's emotional, physical, and personal boundaries

 * Dependable and consistent in attendance for scheduled shifts
 * Outgoing group leader
 * Knowledge of evidence-based practices utilized in clinical interventions
 * Working knowledge of Electronic Medical Record
 * Knowledge of ethical code and requirements of mandated reporting, * Understanding of mental health practices (experienced)
 * Prior residential experience preferred
 * Certification as a Medical Assistant - MA (preferred), Certified Medication Aide - CMA (preferred), Certified Mental Health Technician - CMHT (preferred)
 * Post high school medical education (para-professional nursing, medical, and/or technical)
 * Licensed Vocational Nurse students, Social Work students, Psychology students
 * First aid/C.P.R. (preferred)

## Description

* Administer medication to clients (Medication pass experience preferred)
 * Deliver quality care to clients within a residential setting
 * Provide supervision of clients while on shift
 * Provide appropriate documentation as needed
 * Work cooperatively with team members and the client in the provision of services to meet the goals developed in the treatment plan
 * Lead various mental health therapy groups following a provided curriculum
 * Be available in times of crisis or in intense situations
 * Empathetic people who can hold loving and firm boundaries
 * Creating and leading mental health groups
