 * Strong experience with Order Management and Accounts Receivable.
 * Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes.
 * Strong experience with Purchasing and Accounts Payable.
 * Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes.
 * Experience with Internal Requisitions and Internal Sales Orders.
 * Ability to query Oracle databases and investigate technical issues.
 * Strong problem-solving, documentation and communication skills.
 * Ability to work onsite in Santa Clara, California.

## Description

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with both Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM. The required experience split is approximately 60% Oracle EBS and 40% Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Roles and Responsibilities

 * Support Oracle SCM implementation, configuration and production-support activities.
 * Work with Oracle EBS 12+ and Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications.
 * Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM solutions.
 * Support Order Management and Accounts Receivable processes.
 * Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash workflows.
 * Support Purchasing and Accounts Payable modules.
 * Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay workflows.
 * Support Internal Requisitions and Internal Sales Orders.
 * Query Oracle databases to investigate and resolve functional or system issues.
 * Work with technical teams, business users and stakeholders to troubleshoot problems.
 * Prepare functional documentation, test cases and process documentation.
 * Support testing, issue resolution, deployment and post-production activities.
