This team member elicits, analyzes, validates, and documents business requirements and helps the project team identify the solution that meets the defined requirements\. Solutions often include a systems development component but may also consist of process improvement or organizational change\. They will often mentor analysts and associate analysts and contribute ideas and thoughts to IT Leadership\. They also contribute to on\-site end user services and support\.
