## About the Role

Experience with SQL databases, Microsoft Excel, CSV/XML/JSON file formats, scripting, APIs, or data integration tools is preferred. The position requires analytical decision making, problem solving, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, database design, reporting, and software implementation is beneficial but not required.

Minimum qualifications for an Analyst I are a bachelor's degree and two years' experience in a related field. Relevant professional experience may be considered in place of some educational requirements. Higher levels of experience are needed to qualify for an Analyst II.

## Description

Responsibilities include importing and validating customer data, developing and executing data migration plans, analyzing database structures, troubleshooting data issues, creating import specifications, and assisting customers with data conversion projects.
