Nice to Have * Experience installing/configuring multiple database types (MSSQL, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, etc.). * Deep VMware and/or Proxmox administration experience. * Solid understanding of the software development process, tools, and technology. * Experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence) or similar. * CompTIA and ITIL certifications. ## Description Sightline Systems is a technology company located in Fairfax, VA that specializes in IT performance monitoring and analytics software. We are looking for a seasoned IT Support Engineer to join our team. This person will be responsible for managing all of our internal network and employee hardware (administration, installation, troubleshooting, etc.), administering our email and office communication systems, providing technical support to our customers, and assisting the engineering team with testing and releasing new versions of our software.
