## About the Role

* Strong experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant or SME .
 * Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM out-of-the-box functionality and configuration.
 * Proven experience in business process mapping and process optimization.
 * Ability to facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and translate requirements into functional solutions.
 * Experience advising organizations on adopting standard D365 CRM capabilities rather than customizations.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills., * Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
 * Experience across Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing modules.
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.

## Description

* Collaborate with the business process team to understand current client processes and requirements.
 * Advise on how business processes can be mapped to standard Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functionality.
 * Recommend best-practice solutions using out-of-the-box configuration and capabilities.
 * Identify gaps between business requirements and standard D365 CRM functionality, providing pragmatic recommendations.
 * Support process workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
 * Document recommended process changes, configuration options, and solution decisions.
 * Work closely with functional consultants and project stakeholders to ensure business requirements are effectively translated into D365 CRM configurations.
