## About the Role

* B.S. Degree in Computer Science, similar degree or equivalent work experience.
 * A few years' experience supporting business applications and managing security accesses.
 * Performing data analysis to identify issues and determine resolutions
 * Required discretion with access to confidential information, practice of SDLC and applications best practices

 * Working knowledge of SQL queries.
 * Understanding of ITIL and ITSM methodologies.

The ideal candidate would also have experience in:

 * Knowledge of HR systems which support HR, Benefits, Performance, Compensation, Payroll, and other HR related functions.
 * Adept at learning various vendor systems, including configuration tools specific to each application
