You are comfortable operating hands-on and collaborating across a small team. You understand what reliability, security, and documentation mean in a high-availability environment. You will help implement, maintain, and secure Kings III's IT infrastructure supporting a mission-critical 24x7 emergency communications environment. You'll work across servers, networks, Microsoft 365, identity, backups, telecom, and endpoint platforms as part of a close-knit IT team. This position is full-time and on-site at our Coppell, TX headquarters., The work is hands-on.
