* 1 - 2 years of front desk/service desk/receptionist experience
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Excellent customer service skills
 * Proficient in mathematics
 * Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Word

Physical Requirements:

 * May be standing or sitting for extend period of times
 * Extended period of time working in front of computer monitor
 * Some days of prolonged walking
 * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

## Description

Reports to Customer Service Supervisor

Accountable for providing customer service, secretarial, clerical and administrative support with the purpose of ensuring that company's front office is functioning in an effective and efficient manner in the presence and absence of the Front-End Supervisor.

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting customers and guests and answering phones, handling company inquiries, and all other responsibilities to support the Front-End manager and cash and carry team.

Essential Functions:

 * Handles all customers complaints or concerns
 * Answers incoming telephone calls
 * Schedules, cancels and confirms meetings
 * Transmits and/or receives messages
 * Processes payments, returns and exchanges
 * Distributes cash tray for cashiers
 * Manages daily cash flow
 * Assists cashiers with overrides/errors and managerial register support
 * Prepares daily bank deposits and submits supporting documents promptly to accounts receivables each day.
 * Contacts various staff members to assist guests as needed
 * Answers inquiries pertaining to Warehouse goods and services
 * Performs other duties as assigned or requested
