 * Experience with desktop communication software and operating systems

 * Ability to mentor junior technicians

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Technician IV to provide advanced desktop support, hardware troubleshooting, imaging, network assistance, and printer support. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and strong technical expertise in desktop hardware, software, and operating systems. This role requires the ability to work independently while supporting end users and mentoring junior technicians., * Provide Level IV desktop support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.

 * Install, configure, image, and deploy desktops and laptops.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, printer, and network connectivity issues.
 * Deliver exceptional technical support and customer service to end users.
 * Analyze user requirements and recommend appropriate hardware solutions.
 * Support hardware testing, verification, and deployment activities.
 * Coordinate with engineering, vendors, and technical teams during implementation.
 * Oversee hardware prototype builds, testing, and modifications when required.
 * Mentor junior technicians and provide technical guidance.
 * Document issues, resolutions, and technical procedures while ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
