## About the Role

This role provides technical support to ensure the smooth operation of IT and audio-visual (AV) systems within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn., * Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years' experience required., + Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking.

 + Familiarity with audio-visual technology, including common AV setups and troubleshooting techniques.
 + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 + Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Preferred Skills:
 + Experience with AV platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar.
 + Understanding of video editing or basic multimedia production.
 + Basic knowledge of cabling and signal flow for IT and AV systems.

## Description

Responsible for general day to date support, to include, but not limited to as much of the following as possible:

 * Assist in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems
 * Provide first-line technical support for end-users, addressing issues with computers, printers, and mobile devices
 * Perform basic system updates, installations, and configurations
 * Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of AV equipment such as projectors, microphones, speakers, and video conferencing systems
 * Support live events, including meetings, webinars, and presentations, ensuring AV equipment functions seamlessly
 * Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues during events or regular operations
 * Maintain accurate records of IT and AV equipment inventory
 * Document and track support tickets, solutions, and system changes
 * Report recurring technical issues and suggest potential improvements
 * Work closely with senior IT staff to learn and grow technical skills
 * Provide basic IT and AV training to end-users as needed
