Must-Haves CMMS/EAM experience (Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, Fiix, eMaint, etc.) Technical writing experience (procedures, SOPs, work instructions, PMs) Dashboard/reporting experience (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) Ability to work directly with engineers, technicians, and operations teams Experience supporting maintenance programs, asset management, or operational readiness initiatives, * 5+ years of experience in technical writing, maintenance planning, CMMS administration, asset management, reliability engineering, or related fields. * Experience developing technical documentation, SOPs, procedures, work instructions, or maintenance programs. * Hands-on experience with CMMS/EAM platforms such as Maximo, SAP PM, Infor EAM, eMaint, Fiix, Maintenance Connection, or similar systems. * Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel, or comparable reporting tools. * Strong analytical and data management skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, operations teams, and leadership stakeholders., * Experience supporting data centers, mission-critical environments, manufacturing facilities, utilities, industrial operations, or large-scale infrastructure programs. * CMMS implementation or optimization experience. * Knowledge of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), or asset management practices. * Experience with asset hierarchy development, equipment criticality assessments, and maintenance KPI reporting. * Familiarity with operational readiness, commissioning, or facility startup programs. ## Description We are seeking a CMMS Technical Writer & Reporting Analyst to support the development of maintenance programs, procedures, and reporting solutions for a large-scale critical infrastructure environment.
