(Servers, switches, Storage, hyperscale, Aruba Networking, Aruba 9004 Series Gateways SD-WAN and security, UXI sensors, WAPS, Aruba Central/Greenlake, Clearpass and onguard NAC, Infosight, HPC, etc.) ## Description * Provide on-site support for HPE infrastructure and Aruba networking environments. * Perform day-to-day administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise infrastructure platforms. * Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and infrastructure stabilisation activities. * Maintain and optimise Aruba networking, SD-WAN, and NAC environments. * Coordinate with HPE support teams for escalations, hardware replacement, firmware updates, and operational issues. * Support data centre infrastructure operations across multiple customer locations. * Assist with infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and change management activities. * Monitor system health, performance, and availability across supported platforms. * Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and environment configurations. * Participate in infrastructure planning and operational improvement initiatives. * Ensure adherence to enterprise security, compliance, and operational standards.
