## About the Role

* Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (accredited school), * Technical support, QC, or product evaluation in engineering
 * Battery industry experience preferred (chemical-electrical or industrial engineering acceptable)

## Description

Provide technical support for battery products through inspection, evaluation, statistical analysis, product recommendations, and project follow-up. Ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

General Accountabilities

 * Inspect, evaluate, and test battery products for performance & compliance
 * Perform statistical analysis and failure mode analysis
 * Recommend products and provide technical sales support
 * Operate CAD/engineering software for design and evaluation
 * Collaborate with customers, engineers, and cross-functional teams
 * Oversee manufacturing, installation, and maintenance activities
 * Prepare material/equipment specifications and calculations
 * Ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met
 * Apply electrical theory to develop and improve battery systems
