Additional Requirements - OCONUS Hub * Ability to provide effective remote support and communication across multiple international time zones spanning the Pacific, European, and Central Command areas of responsibility. * Availability for periodic early/late coverage to align with core duty hours at supported OCONUS installations, within the no-overtime, no-travel provisions of the PWS. ## Description The Technical Program Support / System Administrator provides daily, hands-on functional expertise and system administration for the DMLSS (legacy) and LogiCole AIS in direct support of the OCONUS Hub #3 and its associated Host, Client, and Consolidated Storage and Deployment Center (CSDC) locations. This is a designated Key Personnel position under RFQ FA800326Q0009. The role combines system administration, WRM data management, end-user Help Desk support, and training delivery for assigned sites.
