Your job is to determine the best analytical approach, conduct rigorous analyses, and communicate findings that help clients make informed decisions. Our clients ask questions such as: · Did this new school program improve student outcomes? · Which factors best predict whether students will graduate? · Are certain groups of students disproportionately suspended or identified for special education? Your role is to determine the best analytical approach, conduct rigorous analyses, and translate the results into clear, actionable findings. Success in this role requires both strong technical skills and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable explaining statistical findings to people who are not statisticians and helping clients understand what the data mean-and just as importantly, what they do not mean. We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, is a systems thinker, and pays close attention to detail. Data quality is our highest priority, so accuracy and careful verification are essential.
