 * Eight (8) years of relevant experience, knowledge of software development lifecycle, and skills to utilize one or more programming languages. (Required).
 * Appian experience (Strongly preferred).
 * Expertise in business process automation solutions. (Preferred)
 * Exposure to restful API's and creating services for integrations. (Preferred)
 * Ability to communicate well and represent your team to other teams or leadership. (Preferred)
 * Ability to adapt to new technologies per business needs.
 * Experience working in an Agile environment.
 * Experience working in the healthcare industry or a highly regulated environment.

## Description

* Design, develop, and support enterprise workflow automation solutions using Appian, Microsoft technologies, and related automation platforms.
 * Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
 * Lead the delivery of complex business process automation initiatives, including case management, workflow orchestration, document processing, and system integrations.
 * Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using RESTful APIs, web services, and event-driven architectures.
 * Leverage Appian AI capabilities and intelligent automation technologies to improve classification, extraction, summarization, routing, and decision-support processes.
 * Provide technical leadership and engineering guidance to developers across projects and initiatives.
 * Drive operational excellence through code reviews, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
 * Promote engineering best practices, reusable components, and platform governance standards.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve business processes and customer experiences.
 * Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
