Manual dexterity and visual acuity required; occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. ## Description Supports the planning, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of the Customer Energy Management Platform (CEMP), including mobile and digital customer experiences. This role contributes to Grid Modernization initiatives., Supports the planning, execution, and ongoing optimization of the AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Customer Energy Management Platform, including native mobile applications, by translating business needs and customer feedback into clear requirements for IT, analytics, and vendor partners.
