Technical and delivery skills * Ability to work with technical teams (ABAP/CPI/PI/PO/BTP Integration Suite/middleware) to diagnose interface issues and define fixes. * Comfort using monitoring tools (EWM monitors, queues, IDoc monitoring, middleware dashboards) and producing clear defect narratives. * Strong communication with warehouse operations, IT, and external 3PL partners; able to lead calls through resolution., * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience). * 8 + years (typical) SAP logistics experience with meaningful depth in EWM and exposure to 3PL integrations. * Warehouse/logistics domain experience (distribution, manufacturing warehousing, retail, or CPG) preferred. Nice-to-have * Experience with RF Framework, MFS, Yard Logistics, Batch/serial handling, or regulated/controlled environments. * Exposure to SAP TM and dock/appointment processes. * SAP certifications in EWM and/or S/4HANA logistics. Success measures (typical AMS KPIs) * SLA attainment, reduction in warehouse disruption incidents, improved first-time-fix rate. * Stable, low-defect releases; high-quality documentation/KT; strong business satisfaction. ## Description In depth knowledge on SAP EWM/SAP 3PL, Queue Monitoring & Processing, EWM-TM Integration Serve as the primary functional consultant for SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM (or decentralized EWM, as applicable) and 3PL integrations in an Application Management Services (AMS) Engagement.
