 * Individual possesses a strong aptitude and experience with TCP/IP network structure and web navigation.
 * Must be highly organized and possess the ability to work in a high paced environment.
 * Has the ability to operate independently and autonomously and yet possesses the discretionary judgment to know when it is appropriate to consult with others in the organization and Project Manager.
 * Must possess a valid driver's license.
 * Ability to execute their work to ensure high customer satisfaction and the highest quality deliverable.
 * Demonstrates an ability to delegate basic and/or "stretch" tasks to less experienced staff and assign resource correctly to diagnose/address issues.
 * Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are a requirement of this position.
