Work experience may be evaluated in place of education. * 1+ years experience in IT Helpdesk role. * Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, Office 365/Google Workspace. * Experience with Jira ITSM and Slack for ticket management. * Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and networks. * Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN). * Excellent communication and customer-service skills., * Constantly operates a computer and other peripheral office equipment such as a printer or mouse. * Ability to communicate information so others can understand. The ideal candidate is passionate about supporting users across every part of Torus's mission, from engineering to manufacturing to the field. The position will handle troubleshooting, maintenance, and documentation of Torus's internal systems., * You seek context before conclusions. You ask questions and understand the full picture before troubleshooting, recommending, or reacting. * You lead with the answer, then bring the data. You communicate clearly and directly, keeping things simple enough for any audience to act on. * You hold speed and quality to the same standard. You move fast without cutting corners that create rework or risk down the line. * You think in systems, not just tickets. You see how Information Technology, Security, and Operational Technology connect, and how your work affects the people who depend on them. * You build trust through transparency.
