## Description

About the Role: Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes for the data parsing team, removing impediments and enforcing Scrum principles so the team can deliver robust, scalable parsing tooling for ingest into customer systems., * Facilitate sprint planning, daily/weekly scrums (15-30 min stand-ups), retrospectives, and backlog grooming using tools like Jira.

 * Track metrics (velocity, open/closed tickets) and remove impediments; coach the team on Agile best practices.
 * Produce the Weekly Scrum Master Report and Quarterly SM Progress Reports for executive and technical stakeholders.
 * Coordinate with the SME and Product Owner on task assignment and prioritization.
