## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of relevant experience
 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification
 * Experience facilitating Agile teams in a delivery environment

Desired Qualifications:

 * SAFe, Lean Portfolio, or Agile experience (SSM or equivalent)
 * Prior work on VA or healthcare IT programs, particularly Feder EHR or Oracle/Cerner
 * Strong servant-leadership and impediment-removal skills

## Description

* Provide strong customer interaction skills, including ability to work with various senior level stakeholders across multiple tasks.
 * Proactive with demonstrated success managing multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
 * Manage project teams to create delivery schedules, ensure adherence to program / project delivery targets, curate program and project plans, generate status reports, facilitate program planning and status update sessions, and provide administrative and programmatic support where required.
 * Design and implement lean, responsive processes to support program planning and resource management within the Jira application, guided by Lean Agile principles.
 * Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
 * Track team capacity and support rapid reallocation during surge events
 * Coordinate dependencies across triage, workflow, training, and change-management workstreams
 * Support PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt workshops to align prioritization to government needs
 * Help protect team focus while meeting rapid-response demands
