Preferred * Experience in healthcare analytics (clinical, financial, or operational). * Experience with migrating legacy dashboards to Sigma or similar modern tools. * Background in product thinking -you've helped define what to build, not just how to build it. * Experience setting BI best practices or leading standards in a prior role. ## Description We are transforming musculoskeletal healthcare through intelligent, scalable data products. Our Enterprise Analytics team empowers clinicians, researchers, and operational leaders with timely, trusted insights. We operate in cross-functional Product-Oriented Delivery (POD) teams, using modern data platforms like Databricks and Sigma Computing to turn data into action. We are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer (L2) to help build intuitive, high-impact data products in Sigma Computing and Databricks. You will be responsible for turning structured data into interactive, user-centered workbooks and apps that drive decision-making across clinical, financial, and operational domains. The Role You will be the technical builder of analytics experiences-designing and developing experiences that are performant, reusable, and aligned with real user needs. You'll work within a POD to deliver data products that go beyond static dashboards to become embedded tools in daily workflows. Success in this role means building products that users adopt quickly, trust deeply, and rely on consistently-while adhering to enterprise standards for security, performance, and maintainability.
