The candidate should have experience taking on progressively challenging responsibilities, demonstrating initiative, and driving innovative solutions. They should be recognized as a self-starter with a proven ability to lead teams, learn quickly, and deliver results in dynamic environments., * B.S. STEM Degree with 8 years of relevant experience; M.S. Degree with 6 years of relevant experience or PhD with 4 years of relevant experience * Experience working with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA). * Experience with hardware and software design of complex RF communications systems. * Experience reading and interpreting specifications, schematics and block diagrams * Experience with RF test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, power meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator * Perform technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analysis for total systems. * Ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. * Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. * Prior experience using DOORS. * Prior experience using Atlassian Tools. * Familiar with Agile terminology and best practices.
