Willingness to learn is essential. · Strong communication, listening, organization, and problem-solving skills, with patience for helping beginners. · The ability to work independently, follow a rotating travel schedule, and lift and transport equipment weighing approximately 25-50 pounds. · A valid, clean driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle for travel across the service area. · Knowledge of rural Western New York or the Finger Lakes region is strongly valued. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required. ## Description Help people use technology with confidence. CORE The Learning Center is seeking a patient, dependable, and community-minded person to bring hands-on digital support to rural residents. This is an active, field-based role with travel to libraries, senior centers, food pantries, town halls, and other community locations. You do not need to be an IT expert, but you must enjoy helping people and explaining technology clearly and respectfully.
