Preferred Qualifications * Experience using Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools. * Experience with process improvement, workflow automation, and business systems support. * Experience creating SOPs, workflow documentation, and operational reporting. * Experience supporting users within Microsoft 365 environments. * Experience working in data-intensive operational environments involving records management, claims processing, healthcare, financial services, legal operations, or similar industries. This role is ideal for an analytical professional who enjoys working with data, improving business processes, automating repetitive tasks, troubleshooting issues, and supporting users in a fast-paced environment.
