## Description

Provides end-user technical support by installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop hardware, software, and peripheral systems. This role is responsible for diagnosing hardware, software, and user issues; responding to technical inquiries; providing technical guidance and training; and implementing solutions to ensure reliable system operations.

The Desktop Support Technician will support users across office, field, plant, and lab environments, providing hands-on assistance with PC hardware, software applications, peripherals, and related technology needs., * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktop hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user-related technical issues.
 * Provide technical assistance, training, and guidance to end users.
 * Respond to support requests and recommend solutions based on system knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
 * Perform hands-on IT support, including moving and installing equipment as needed.
 * Travel to various locations throughout North Central, North, and Northeastern Indiana to provide onsite support., * Position requires work across multiple environments, including office, field, plant, and lab settings.
