## About the Role

* Graduate of a technical, vocational, or trade school
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, or an equivalent entry-level certification
 * Basic understanding of computers, Windows, hardware, and networking
 * Hands-on interest in technology through home labs, personal projects, or computer repair
 * Strong communication and customer service skills
 * Reliable, professional, and willing to learn, * High school or equivalent (Required)

License/Certification:

 * drivers license and reliable vehicle (Required)
 * CompTIA A+ certification (Required)
 * CompTIA Network+ certification (Preferred)
 * degree from a technical school that you have graduated from (Required)

## Description

* Provide basic desktop and user support
 * Assist with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 issues
 * Troubleshoot printers, scanners, monitors, and other office equipment
 * Help with password resets and basic user account issues
 * Set up computers, peripherals, and user workstations
 * Document support requests in the ticketing system
 * Follow established troubleshooting procedures
 * Escalate advanced issues to senior technicians
 * Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
 * Go onsite to assist with onsite support tasks

Preferred Experience

 * Geek Squad, computer repair, electronics retail, or similar experience
 * Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, printers, networking, or ticketing systems
 * 6 Months in a simiar position

This is a true entry-level opportunity with training and room to advance into a Level 1 Help Desk position.
