## Description

A fast-growing, venture-backed legal tech startup (Series A) based in New York City is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join their small, high-output engineering team on-site. This company sits at the intersection of AI and legal services, building agentic tools that help expert lawyers review and execute commercial contracts at unprecedented speed.

You'll be a full-stack engineer with a strong frontend emphasis, owning product development end-to-end and working directly with founders to shape the core platform. Visa sponsorship is available for this role., * Design, build, and deploy scalable systems and cutting-edge agentic AI tools to accelerate contract review workflows for the in-house legal team.

 * Take full ownership of new product features from concept to production, with a focus on crafting intuitive, lawyer-facing interfaces.
 * Work closely with the founding team to define technical priorities and establish a robust, maintainable codebase.
 * Develop and integrate large language model (LLM) powered tools to drive the core platform.
 * Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative, in-person engineering culture centered on moving fast and shipping product.
 * Mentor junior engineers and participate in recruiting as the team scales.
