Agent guide: [/agents.md](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/agents.md). --- # Datacenter Electrical Engineer - **Company:** Cerebras Systems - **Location:** United States (Remote available) - **Experience:** Expert - **Contract:** Permanent contract - **Skills:** Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, Autodesk Revit, Data Centers, Software Design Documents, IEEE Standards Association, High Performance Computing - **Published:** August 4, 2026 - **Apply:** https://www.indeed.com/viewjob?jk=f9acc28689fab586 ## About the Role * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. * 7+ years of electrical engineering experience supporting mission-critical, hyperscale, colocation, semiconductor, industrial, or similarly complex facilities. * Strong knowledge of medium- and low-voltage power distribution, transformers, switchgear, generators, UPS systems, busway, grounding, protection, metering, and rack power systems. * Experience developing or reviewing electrical Basis of Design documents, specifications, one-line diagrams, calculations, and technical submittals. * Working knowledge of NEC, NFPA 70E, IEEE standards, UL/NEMA requirements, and applicable electrical safety practices. * Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary engineering teams, utilities, consultants, contractors, equipment manufacturers, and data center operators. * Ability to review technical studies such as load flow, short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, voltage-drop, grounding, and harmonic analyses. * Strong technical judgment, problem-solving ability, written communication, and attention to detail. * Ability to travel to project sites, vendor facilities, and partner data centers as required., * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. * Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent professional registration. * Experience with high-density AI, HPC, semiconductor, or liquid-cooled data center deployments. * Experience with commissioning, integrated systems testing, and energization of mission-critical electrical systems. * Familiarity with ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, or comparable electrical analysis tools, and with BIM/Revit-based design coordination. * Experience working with global colocation providers, utilities, EPC firms, and long-lead electrical equipment suppliers. ## Description We are looking for an experienced Data Center Electrical Engineer to develop, review, and deliver the electrical infrastructure required for Cerebras' next-generation AI cluster deployments.
