Soft Skills * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Strong customer-facing communication abilities. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong documentation and organisational skills. * Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams. * Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced production environment., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ## Description We are seeking an experienced HPE Resident Infrastructure Engineer to provide dedicated onsite support for a customer's HPE enterprise infrastructure.
